- and Plume Formation
Heidi has developed a technique that is easy to follow and easy to remember and will show you how to use common and familiar items to help you keep your feathers looking FANTASTIC.
Heidi has a 100% success rate with her students when it comes to teaching feathers. This is her ultimate specialty.
SUPPLIES NEEDED: Thread snips, Frixion pen or other quilt friendly pen, pen and paper for notes, and camera for pictures if desired.
More about Instructor Heidi Stagno: Heidi first saw a longarm quilting machine while visiting a quilt shop. At that moment she was hooked. “I just wanted to get my hands on that machine and drive it”. Heidi has been professionally longarm quilting for 16 years. She has quilted over 3000 quilts and counting. She has won many awards for her quilting and loves teaching others her techniques. Heidi has appeared on “Quilt it” the longarm quilting show on QNN tv and has won the Handi-Quilter Way Award for the last three years consecutively. We are excited to have her teaching at AVS!
Please be aware that AVS wants to keep our staff and students healthy. During this time, AVS will not be supplying classrooms with cutting mats, rulers, irons, ironing boards or rotary cutters. Please bring your own. All machines, tables and chairs will be sanitized BEFORE and AFTER each class.
We ask that you sanitize your hands often, practice social distancing and wear a mask. Thank you!
