Annual Fee/$129 – this is exclusive to customers who purchased their Dream/Luminaire machine or service plan at AVS. Dream/Luminaire (Brother Club) is FREE for the FIRST YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Machines are provided in this class and the kit cost is $14.99 plus tax monthly and is due at the time of registration to reserve a machine.
