Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders processed here take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email. For backordered items, we maintain open communication with our vendors and will keep you updated with the estimated timeline.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Orders
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@authorizedvacandsew.com.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Returns not in original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Downloadable products
- Registered software (once registered, it cannot be returned)
- Opened software
- Opened items containing any form of electronic media (DVDs, CDs, etc.)
Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: We can only process returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website or in-store. For products purchased through a third-party seller or dealer, please contact them directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund officially posts.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after taking these steps, email us at customerservice@authorizedvacandsew.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email
customerservice@authorizedvacandsew.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Once you receive your RMA, send the item to:

Please ensure your RMA number is clearly visible on both the outside and inside of your return package.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we provide a return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
Note: We do not refund shipping costs on international purchases for any reason.
Important: If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
We’re so sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged! Please let us know whether the product is still usable or if it needs to be replaced.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide clear photo(s) of the damaged item.
If the item is unusable, we’ll be happy to issue a Return Authorization (RA) so you can send it back to us. Once we receive the damaged item, we will gladly ship you a replacement.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible—typically within 2–3 business days.
If an item is out of stock and may delay your order, you will receive an email notification (if an email was provided at checkout) giving you the option to wait or cancel the order.
If it has been more than 21 days since you placed your order and there is no tracking information available in your account, please reach out to us at

Simply enter your order details there to see your order history and any available tracking information. This data updates daily and provides the most current status of your shipment.
Pricing Errors & Order Cancellations
While we strive to ensure all prices and product details on our website are accurate, errors can occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing mistake,
Authorized Vac and Sew reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
If a pricing error is discovered after your order has been submitted, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order entirely.
Any payments made for canceled orders will be fully refunded.
We appreciate your understanding and patience when these rare issues arise.
