Our standard procedure involves processing and dispatching orders promptly, usually on the same day. However, orders made after 3 pm PST on Fridays, as well as those placed on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed on the subsequent Monday. Please be advised that processing and shipping operations are inactive during weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Updated Shipping Policy (Effective 10/02/2024)

Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping within California. For customers outside of California, orders over $99 will qualify for free shipping across the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. If you’re shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or placing an order below the free shipping thresholds, the shipping cost will be determined by the weight, size, and destination of your package.

To ensure a smooth process, do not return any items without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Different products may require returns to different locations.
To initiate a return, contact us via phone or email at customerservice@authorizedvacandsew.com and provide the reason for your return. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we review your request, we will issue an RMA number and provide detailed return instructions.
