1-year warranty on qualifying pre-loved machines.
Qualifying pre-loved machines are backed by a 1-year warranty covering eligible parts and labor as long as the issue is covered under the warranty. Wear-and-tear items are not covered. For online warranty claims, customers must contact Authorized Vac and Sew first to begin the warranty process. All warranty claims begin with phone troubleshooting by our in-house service technicians, because many issues can be resolved remotely without shipping the machine.
How online warranty service works.
If our technician determines that the machine requires physical inspection or repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit to our service department for evaluation. Once the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, all warranty-approved parts and labor will be provided at no cost to the customer. After warranty repairs are completed, Authorized Vac and Sew will cover the return shipping back to the customer at no additional charge. In simple terms, the customer covers shipping to us, and we cover approved warranty return shipping back.
Important warranty protection rules.
Warranty coverage is immediately void if the customer opens the machine housing or casing, adjusts, modifies, tampers with internal components, attempts self-repair, or allows unauthorized service or repairs. This includes altering or adjusting electrical components, timing, tension assemblies, motors, circuit boards, or any internal mechanical parts. Machines that show signs of tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modification will no longer qualify for warranty coverage, and any resulting repairs will be subject to standard service and labor fees.

Because these are pre-loved and open box machines, availability is limited and changes quickly. There may only be one of a specific model, brand, condition, or configuration. When a machine sells, it may not be replaceable at the same price. If you see a machine that fits your needs, budget, and creative goals, the best time to act is while it is still available.

If the issue is confirmed as covered under warranty, warranty-approved parts and labor are provided at no cost, and Authorized Vac and Sew covers return shipping back to the customer after repair. Warranty is void if the customer opens the machine housing, tampers with internal components, attempts self-repair, modifies the machine, or allows unauthorized service. By purchasing online, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these warranty terms and understands that failure to follow the warranty process may result in denial of coverage. Inventory is limited and available while supplies last.
