The Janome Skyline 8 combines advanced sewing and quilting technology in a powerful, thoughtfully designed machine. With 350 built-in stitches up to 9mm wide, four alphabets, 11 one-step buttonholes, and sewing speeds up to 1,060 stitches per minute, it provides the versatility needed for everything from everyday sewing to detailed quilting and decorative work.
A spacious 8.34-inch work area to the right of the needle gives you room to handle larger quilts, garments, bags, and home décor projects, while the high-definition 5-inch color touchscreen puts stitches, settings, sewing applications, and machine controls right at your fingertips.
Quilters will appreciate the detachable AcuFeed™ Flex Layered Fabric Feeding System, automatic presser foot lift, Floating Mode, ruler work mode, variable zigzag for free-motion quilting, adjustable knee lift, included extension table, and compatibility with the optional A.S.R.® Accurate Stitch Regulator.

AcuFeed™ Flex Layered Fabric Feeding
Janome's detachable AcuFeed™ Flex system helps feed multiple fabric layers evenly from the top and bottom. It is especially useful for quilting, matching prints, sewing slippery fabrics, working with thicker layers, and creating professional-looking seams.

How to File a Warranty ClaimIf you experience an issue covered under warranty:
- Locate your purchase receipt – Proof of purchase is required.

Online Warranty Claims Notice
For all online warranty claims, customers must contact our store first to begin the warranty process.
Troubleshooting & Evaluation
All warranty claims will begin with phone troubleshooting conducted by our in-house service technicians. Many issues can be resolved remotely without the need to ship the machine. If our technician determines that the machine requires physical inspection or repair, the following applies:
Shipping Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to our service department for inspection.
• Once the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, all warranty-approved parts and labor will be provided at no cost to the customer.
• After repairs are completed, we will cover the return shipping back to the customer at no additional charge.
Warranty Void Clause
Any warranty will be immediately void if the customer opens the machine housing or casing, adjusts, modifies, or tampers with internal components, attempts self-repair, or allows unauthorized service or repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, altering or adjusting electrical components, timing, tension assemblies, motors, circuit boards, or any internal mechanical parts.
Machines that show signs of tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modification will no longer qualify for warranty coverage. Any resulting repairs will be subject to standard service and labor fees.Questions or Assistance
